雷波，博士，国家海洋局科学技术司司长，国家海洋局学会办公室主任，中国海洋学会常务副理事长兼秘书长，中国太平洋学会常务理事。长期从事海洋科技管理工作，在海洋科技战略规划研究、国家涉海科技专项实施、各级海洋学会建设和指导海洋科学普及等方面具有丰富的组织、管理和实践经验。
Dr. Lei Bo is the director general of the Department of Science and Technology, SOA, the director general of Community Service Office, SOA, the executive vice director and secretary general of Chinese Society of Oceanography, and the executive member of the council of Pacific Society of China. He has a lot of experience on the organization, management and practice on ocean science and technology, such as the research on strategy planning of ocean science and technology, the implementation of national mega-projects relevant to ocean, the construction of academic societies on all levels, and the supervision on popularization of ocean science.
