Registration Information

 

Registration (http://shanghai16.oceansconference.org/exhibitor)

  • Three exhibitors’ badges will be provided to each booth. One of them enjoys the benefits of full registration while the other two are exhibit staffs.
  • Each booth is provided with 3 vouchers to the Exhibitors’ Reception on Monday, April 11, from 17:30-19:30 in the Exhibition venue.
  • Please register all exhibitor staffs with the pass code received by email.
  • Please enter your company profile before March 18, 2016 and kindly make sure all information (especially ADDRESS, PHONE and EMAIL) are correct as they will appear in the Program Book.

Check-in

  • Please pick up your badge and Exhibitors’ Reception voucher at the Registration counter on the 1st floor of SHICC before Mandarin Hall.

 

 

 

Exhibitor Rules & Regulation

 

  • No contraband, flammable materials, explosives, or other hazardous products, or pets are allowed in the Center.
  • All incoming goods and products must be protected by the owners themselves or, if necessary, insured against fire, theft, public incidents, and natural disasters. The Local organizer shall not be liable for the custody of and any damage to said goods or products.
  • During exhibition periods, goods or products to be taken out of the Center shall be listed on the permit form so that guards can check accordingly before any removal.
  • In any conference site, only ribbons, dry ice, and small explosive spots can be used for special effects. Golden powder, colored paper shreds, explosives, stage smoke, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

*If additional equipment, furniture or electricity is needed, please fill out Electricity Requirement Form (Appendix 2) or Furniture and Equipment Order Form (Appendix 3), then submit it to the Conference Secretariat via FAX or EMAIL before March 18, 2016. Order form submitted after this deadline will be charged 50% more as late booking fee.

The payment must be made before March 25,2016.

 

 

Tariff for Additional or Heavy-Duty Electric Power Supply

  • Each booth is supplied with 13A/220V (max. 500W) power free for charge.

If additional electric power supply is required, please submit the Electricity Requirement Form (Appendix 2) before March 18, 2016.

 

Storage Space

If the exhibitor would like to deliver goods to the venue in advance, please fill out the Shipping Form (Appendix 5) and submit it to the Conference Secretariat before March 18, 2016.

Due to the limited storage space, please pack your goods within the following size: 1. 50cm*50cm*50cm

    • Each box should not weight more than 5 kg
    • Up to 2 boxes per booth
